We would like to discuss our early ideas for creating an employment advice and support hub for young people at West Library with you at a number of upcoming events.

If you cannot attend the events you can collect a physical copies of the latest proposals from, and feedback your ideas through, the letterbox at the Jean Stokes Community Centre.

This project is part of the council’s ‘We are Cally’ programme.

The first floor of the West Library is currently unused. We intend to convert it into a base for our new Youth Employment Support Team which is being set up to give vulnerable young people in the area the support they need to find work and training and to fulfil their potential.

You’ll be able to hear more about the service, our ideas for the design of the space and how we plan to involve and support young people and families.

To join our online workshop, please sign-up for the event on Eventbrite or email wearecally@islington.gov.uk

We plan to hold additional online meetings on the following dates:

· Monday 14 December 2020
· Monday 11 January 2021

Tell us what you think by completing this feedback form.

If you cannot attend these online sessions you can share your ideas through an online questionnaire and we will post updates on resident feedback on this page after each session.

If you prefer you can collect a physical copy of the latest proposals, and feedback your ideas through the letterbox, at the Jean Stokes Community Centre.

You can contact the architects at carlotta@publicworksgroup.net
or 079 2671 0660.

You can also email any queries or comments to wearecally@islington.gov.uk
